- Reporting or blocking another member who breaks our community rules.
Subscriptions & purchases
- 99Cupid Premium and in-app purchases are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
- To manage or cancel a subscription, open your device's App Store or Google Play account settings → Subscriptions.
- For refunds, contact Apple or Google directly, as they process all payments. We're happy to help with anything on the 99Cupid side.
