Child Safety Standards

Last updated: 10 July 2026

99Cupid is an adults-only dating service. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page sets out the standards we publish and enforce to keep children off our platform and to protect them from harm.

1. Our commitment

99Cupid prohibits, and works actively to prevent, detect and report, any content or conduct that sexually exploits or endangers children. This includes CSAM, grooming, enticement, sextortion, trafficking, and any sexualisation of a minor. We comply with all applicable child-safety laws in the regions where 99Cupid is available and cooperate fully with law enforcement.

2. 18+ only — no minors on the platform

3. Prohibited content and conduct

The following are strictly forbidden and result in immediate removal and, where appropriate, a report to the relevant authorities:

4. How we prevent and detect abuse

5. Reporting a child-safety concern

If you see content or behaviour that may sexually exploit or endanger a child:

We review child-safety reports as a priority. We remove violating content and accounts, and we report apparent CSAE to the appropriate authorities.

6. Reporting to authorities

When we identify apparent child sexual abuse material or exploitation, we report it to the relevant national and regional authorities, including — where applicable — the U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and local law enforcement, and we preserve the associated records in accordance with law.

Members of the public can also report child sexual exploitation directly:

7. Designated point of contact

Our designated point of contact for child-safety matters, and for authorities regarding our CSAM prevention practices and compliance, is:

99Cupid Safety Team

8. Definitions and standards

We align our standards with recognised definitions of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). For more on the definitions and the relevant reporting requirements, see Google Play's child safety standards guidance.
