This page explains how to delete your 99Cupid account and the personal data associated with it. You can do this yourself from inside the app, or request it here.
Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open the 99Cupid app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm when prompted. Your account is deactivated immediately and permanently removed shortly after.
Option 2 — Request deletion here
If you can't access the app, submit a request below using the email address on your 99Cupid account so we can verify and locate it. We'll confirm and complete your request within 30 days, and usually much sooner.

What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, we remove your profile from the Service and delete or anonymise the personal data we hold about you, including:
- Your profile details — name, date of birth, gender, bio, interests, relationship goals, religion and languages;
- Your photos and any verification selfies;
- Your email address and/or phone number and password;
- Your matches, likes and messages;
- Approximate location and device data linked to your account.
What we may keep, and for how long
We delete your personal data once your account is removed, except where we are legally required or permitted to retain limited information. In those cases we keep only what is necessary, and only for as long as needed, to:
- Comply with legal, tax or accounting obligations (for example, records of purchases made through the App Store or Google Play);
- Prevent fraud and abuse and keep the community safe (for example, records relating to a ban or safety report);
- Resolve disputes and enforce our Terms of Use.
This retained data is kept secure and is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer required, in line with our Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions
Deleting your 99Cupid account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google — to cancel, open App Store or Google Play → Subscriptions on your device before or after deleting your account.
